My wife and I once again had an amazing experience here at Dos Primos. We had the Vulcan. It came sizzling hot and loaded with shrimp, beef and chicken. We were served a huge water and tasty chips and salsa as soon as we sat down. The music lended itself well and the atmosphere here is great. The service we received was excellent. The waiter noticed we were low on salsa and brought a second helping. Amazing place. Always lots of customers. That alone tells you what you need to know.

To begin with, I am a Texas Mexican living in Missouri. Over my years, I know what is good Mexican Food and what is not. I went to DOS Primos because I thought I'd try it out. Wow! I found a diamond in the rough. First of all the beans and rice, staples of Mexican Restaurants, were excellent. Every dish I have tried is not only good, but plentiful. I can't believe this restaurant with this quality is in rural Missouri. Now I go at least once a week to try a different dish. I am very happy I found this place. The only negative I found was the ground meat/taco meat. I don't like it. It is more like a mince meat instead of taco meat. But other than this, Dos Primos is a great place to eat. I wish them continued success.

The food tastes awful. This is not even close to Mexican food. I rather have taco bell than this place. My sister ordered a burrito. They brought her a wet burrito, no big deal, except the sauce that is "enchilada sauce" was marinara sauce... My food, was so salty I could barely eat it. The service was great, too bad the food was awful. I live in Fayette, there is like no where to eat here, and I have NEVER returned to Dos Primos.
